Does HAVEN accept reservations?

Yes, customers can make reservations online here or call 404-969-0700.

Does HAVEN accept walk-ins?

Absolutely! Customers are welcome to join us anytime with or without a reservation.  

Does HAVEN have gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options?

Vegetarian - Not really for entrees. We have an off-menu veggie plate that consists of a chef's selection of farm fresh vegetables. We do have our salads, smoked beets, grilled artichokes, yeast rolls, and potato hay.

Gluten Free - Without modifications, the grilled artichokes, smoked beets, simple green salad, dresden cobb, chicken entree, blackened mahi mahi, short rib, southern cioppino special, and prime rib special (excluding onion rings as side). Most of our other options for all courses can be made gluten free with modifications, aside from yeast rolls, spaghetti, gumbo, meatloaf special, fish & chips special, and fried chicken special.

Vegan - This one is tough. Typically we will steer towards a veggie plate or salad with modifications.

Does HAVEN host private events?

Yes! You can inquire about private events here.

Booking Policy:

All reservations consisting of 12 guests or more, private parties, and restaurant buyouts must coordinate their reservation through our private dining and events team for all Word of Mouth Restaurants and are not permitted to order from our a la carte menu. Customization requests on our prix fixe menu options will be reviewed upon receiving inquiry.

Does HAVEN offer catering?

We don’t currently have a standard catering program, however we are happy to discuss options! We do offer larger to go orders with some notice. Guests can contact the restaurant directly to place a large to-go order.

What is HAVEN’s parking situation like?

Valet parking: Enter the main entrance of Village Park place at Brookhaven and our team of valets will graciously handle your vehicle.

Is HAVEN family-friendly?

Absolutely—we love welcoming families at HAVEN. Whether you’re bringing little ones for brunch or celebrating something special together, we’ll make sure everyone feels right at home. We offer highchairs, kid-friendly bites and a warm, relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for all ages. 

Does HAVEN have outdoor seating?

Yes—we have patio seating, and it’s one of the most sought-after patios in Atlanta! Surrounded by lush greenery and our beautiful elm trees, it offers a gorgeous open-air experience when the weather’s nice. For your comfort, we’re able to enclose the space as needed—it’s heated on chilly days and cooled when it’s warm, so it’s always a great place to dine. Feel free to request patio seating when you make your reservation!

Does HAVEN offer delivery or takeout?

Yes, we offer both! You’re welcome to order here, call ahead or just pop in—we’ll get your order started right away. While you wait, feel free to grab a seat at the bar and enjoy a drink. We’ll take care of the rest!

Does HAVEN have any weekly specials or happy hour deals?

While we don’t currently offer a happy hour, our bar team serves up some of the best cocktails in the city—plus a curated wine list and excellent value across the board. As for food, our chef features rotating specials based on seasonal ingredients, both at dinner and brunch (though not every day). Follow us on Instagram or Facebook to stay up-to-date on specials!

Is HAVEN pet-friendly?

Yes—our patio is pet-friendly! We love welcoming well-behaved pups and their humans. Just let us know when you arrive, and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable on the patio so everyone can enjoy the experience—even the four-legged guests! 🐾

Does HAVEN offer gift cards?

Yes—we offer Word of Mouth gift cards that can be used at any of our restaurants, available in denominations from $5 to $500. You can purchase them online here or in person at the restaurant. We offer both physical cards and digital gift cards that can be sent instantly via text.

Does HAVEN have a dress code?

While we don’t have a formal dress code, most guests opt for smart casual or dressy casual attire.
